○ 연구목적
본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 장애인시설 이용자의 장애유형별 이동능력을 측정하고, 장애인시설을 대상으로 실제 대피 실험을 수행하여 장애인시설 피난 안전에 관한 설계기준 방향을 제시하고자 하며 둘째, 국내의 증가하는 장애인을 고려한 성능적 피난안전설계를 위해 장애인시설의 화재사례 및 국내.외 관련법령 비교분석을 통해 문제점 도출 및 개선방향을 제안하고, 셋째, 피난안전성 검증을 통한 성능기반 피난안전방안도출을 위하여 가연물 조사를 실시한 후 주요 내장재의 연소실험을 실시, 평균 화재하중 및 재실자 밀도, 실내장식물 및 매트 등에 관한 관련규정을 제안하고자 한다. 마지막으로 이러한 제시 등에서 반영될 수 있는 관련정책 개발을 위한 제안을 하고자 하는데 있다.
